Music and sound design for madcap short film from illustrator Matthew The Horse and animators Rumpus Animation.
Music & sound design created for Visuelt, Norway’s annual design awards. Each of these pieces were played during the awards ceremony and seminars to introduce award categories and guest speakers.
I worked with classical soprano Eleanor Ross and vocal artist Jennifer Walshe to create one, rather erratic voice.
I also wrote and performed live two original pieces with Eleanor Ross at the ceremony in Oslo. You can see a ‘fan video’ of an extract of the performance on my blog.
You can see more from this project here.
Music for Anorak TV, the video edition of Anorak Magazine: The happy mag for kids. Published four times a year, Anorak has a unique format consisting of brand new stories written and illustrated by contemporary illustrators and it aimed for kids between 6 and 12 years old.
Anorak TV is viewable on the Anorak iPhone/iPad app.
Ident sequences created by Non-Format for Visuelt, the annual Norwegian design award show. I made around 10 pieces of music like this among other bits. Watch more here.
I also wrote extra pieces to be used on an hour-long behind-the-scenes documentary on the festival made by BLVK and Grafil. Watch it here.

I recorded a full orchestra for this east London sunrise to a one note symphony.
Chipshop Symphony is a video installation by director Adam Leiber and was made to be viewable across six large screens. Unfortunately that means it doesn’t translate well to a Vimeo upload.
The film was commissioned by Keith Khan & Associates for an exhibition at Lile 3000 in December 2010.
